GARMENT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

Our high-performance, high-fashion active streetwear is crafted using innovative fabrics and elevated construction techniques.

To maintain the quality, fit, and performance of your piece, please follow these care instructions:

Avoid Fabric Softener

Your performance wear is designed to be soft and flexible. Fabric softener can break down technical fibres and reduce elasticity, affecting both fit and performance.

Bacteria from sweat, especially from the mats can cause lingering odours if garments sit in your laundry basket for too long. After intense training sessions, we recommend washing your pieces as soon as possible to prevent odour transfer and fabric damage.

Wash Solo

For styles with high-contrast panels and/or prints, wash separately from other garments — even similar colours — to prevent colour transfer and surface friction.
Avoid washing with towels or fleece fabrics, as lint can cling to performance materials.
Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and minimise colour fading.
If washing with other items is unavoidable, use a laundry bag for added protection.

Cold Temperature

Always wash in cold water. Hot water can cause colours to fade, stains to set, and fabrics to shrink. Cold washes help preserve colour and maintain fabric integrity.

Hand Dry

Avoid tumble drying. High heat can damage elasticity and alter the fit of your garments.
After washing, turn items inside out and hang to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, which can accelerate colour fading.

Our prints are designed to be long‑lasting and durable. To keep them looking their best, we recommend washing your garment inside out, in cold water, and avoiding high‑heat drying.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery dates provided by NAKEKO are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners that are reasonable or beyond our control, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such delays.

Yes, express shipping is available in Australia at a flat rate of $14.95.

We can do our best to change the delivery address of your order, but we cannot always guarantee changes. We highly recommend getting into contact with the team as soon as you can.

Conditions for Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge and return your online order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item(s) will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fees and original shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality-checked to a high standard prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is not 100% satisfactory, please contact us at info@nakeko.com with your order number and clear images of the fault or issue, and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that items damaged as a result of:
– normal wear and tear
– accidents
– failure to follow care instructions
– misuse or incorrect use

will not be considered faulty.

Any item reported more than 3 months from the purchase date falls outside our standard warranty period. However, we may assess these cases at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Fees

Australia: A $15 return postage label fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

New Zealand: A $35 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

This applies to all returns and exchanges.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code for use online.

If you purchase an item using a credit note and later return that item, a new credit note will be issued in place of a refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

For international orders, we accept change-of-mind returns within [14 days] from delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused
Tags are attached
Items are returned in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is provided

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties & Taxes
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If duties or taxes are required for the return shipment, these must be prepaid by the customer. NAKEKO reserves the right to refuse returns that incur unpaid duties or customs charges.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as NAKEKO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you require a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:
3–5 business days for return processing
Additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
