Born From the Mats
Nakeko was born from the experiences on the mat. Our founder, a dedicated Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, recognised a lack of apparel that truly met the needs of athletes—particularly women seeking apparel that fit well, performed under pressure, and reflected the discipline of the sport. What began as a search for better options became a vision to create performance wear that celebrates the strength, resilience, and clarity of athletes everywhere.
